Dr. John Faulkner

Dr. John Faulkner is originally from North Carolina, where he graduated with honors in biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He attended medical school at East Carolina University before moving to the West Coast for his residency training. He completed training as a urologist at the University of California, Irvine, an institution which is nationally renowned for its minimally invasive urlogic surgery program. After graduating from the program in 2003, Dr. Faulkner spent a year teaching at UCI as a clinical instructor. He relocated to the Coachella Valley in July 2004. He is on active staff at Eisenhower Memorial Hospital, JFK Memorial Hospital, and Sedona Surgical Center, Indio, California. He treats general urological problems including enlarged prostate, kidney stones, male and female incontinence, and advanced surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction. He is also a proctor for American Medical Systems, teaching other surgeons in the placement of the penile implant and artificial urinary sphincter. Dr. Faulkner has particular interest and experience in minimally invasive surgery. He offers state-of-the-art therapy for simple and complex stone disease and cancer, including laparoscopy, cyrotherapy, brachytherapy, and the Da Vinci Robot for prostate and kidney surgery.

Our Staff

Our staff takes pride in customer service and teamwork. Our medical assistants have at least 5 years of experience working in Urology. All our staff members have been working with Dr Faulkner between 3 and 6 years. They work well together and are dedicated to patient care and comfort.
